Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Creativity & Beyond also means treating your information with care. This policy explains how we use personal data when you visit tuskens.com, contact our team or arrange a conversation about our services.

Tuskens MEA, BP912, Sousse Bab Bhar, 4000, Tunisia, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@tuskens.com for privacy questions or requests.

We develop custom software, web and mobile applications, AI and automation solutions, SaaS products and cloud services, and provide digital transformation and technical talent services. This policy covers our public website and initial business inquiries. Individual products, recruitment processes and client projects may have additional notices and written agreements. When we process a client’s data on their instructions, the relevant service agreement and data processing terms apply.

When you email or contact us, we receive the contact details, company information and project details you choose to share, together with correspondence and any meeting information. Your name and a way to reply are needed to handle an inquiry; extra project details are optional. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive personal data.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and technical logs to deliver and protect the website. We do not offer accounts or collect card payments on this public website.

We use inquiry information to answer you, assess project requirements, prepare proposals and arrange meetings. We use necessary technical information to operate the website, investigate faults, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not automatically add inquirers to a marketing mailing list.

Where the GDPR applies, our bases may include steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interests in secure operation and relevant business communication, subject to your rights. Optional Google/Microsoft analytics rely on your consent. Applicable Tunisian data protection requirements also apply; sending an inquiry does not waive your rights.

When configured, Google Analytics measures visits, Google Tag Manager loads configured analytics tags, and Microsoft Clarity provides interaction analytics and session replay. These services may receive identifiers, browser and device details, page URLs and interaction information, and may use cookies. They load only after you select “Allow analytics” in our privacy choices. Refusing does not prevent access to the website.

Use “Privacy choices” to change your decision. We store your choice in your browser for up to 180 days where browser storage is available. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop our analytics scripts and removes accessible Google/Clarity cookies set on our domain. Withdrawal does not undo earlier processing; browser controls can also remove cookies we cannot access. External status services have their own privacy practices.

Our website is hosted using Microsoft Azure. Our email service providers process communications so our team can receive and respond to inquiries. Only people and providers who need information for their role should access it; we may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights.

The internal meeting form collects your name, email, phone number, preferred date and time, timezone, language and optional project message. Name, email, phone number and a valid meeting time are required for the requested call; extra details are optional. We send the request through Resend to our team at malek@tuskens.com. Every request needs a personal email confirmation: submitting does not reserve a slot or create a calendar event. You can email us instead. Where displayed, the Instatus service-status embed connects your browser to an external provider. Social-media and other external links are governed by those services’ own policies.

We do not sell inquiry details or use messages submitted to this website to train AI models. Any use of AI in a client project must be addressed through the agreed scope and appropriate data handling terms.

Tuskens is based in Tunisia. Our international hosting, email and analytics providers may process information in other countries, including the United States and European countries. The location depends on the provider and service configuration. Contact us for information about the providers and destinations relevant to your data.

Cross-border processing is subject to applicable legal requirements, which may include Tunisian prior authorizations and contractual safeguards. This policy does not itself constitute a transfer authorization or certify that any provider has a particular legal status.

For inquiries that do not become client projects, we retain correspondence for no more than 12 months after the last meaningful exchange, and delete it sooner when it is no longer needed or a valid deletion request applies. If an inquiry becomes a project, relevant records become part of the client relationship and follow the contract and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Limited records may need to be kept longer to meet a legal obligation or handle an actual dispute. Technical logs, provider copies and backups have separate retention schedules; we seek deletion through the relevant provider where appropriate, and isolated backups expire through their normal cycle. Optional analytics data also depends on the provider’s settings. Contact us for the retention details relevant to your request.

We use measures appropriate to the information and risks, including encrypted web connections and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending confidential source code, credentials or sensitive customer records in an initial inquiry; secure project channels can be agreed separately.

Email hello@tuskens.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or withdrawal of consent. Portability and other rights may apply depending on the law and processing involved. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity, and will explain any lawful reason why a request cannot be fulfilled.

You may raise a concern with Tunisia’s Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP), or another competent supervisory authority where applicable. You do not have to contact us before exercising a right to complain.

The website is intended for business and professional inquiries, not services directed at children. If a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can assess and remove it where appropriate.

We update this policy when our practices change and display the revision date above. Material changes will be brought to your attention where required. Please review the current policy before sharing information.
