Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms explain how you may use tuskens.com and how initial inquiries relate to our professional services. Our work is built on creativity, collaboration and clear agreements.

This website is operated by Tuskens MEA, BP912, Sousse Bab Bhar, 4000, Tunisia. Contact: hello@tuskens.com; telephone: +216 97 052 688.

These terms govern use of this public website. Tuskens provides custom software, web and mobile development, AI and automation, SaaS, cloud and hosting, digital transformation and technical talent services. Individual products and professional engagements are governed by their own terms or written agreements. These website terms do not replace a signed client agreement.

You may browse the site and contact us for legitimate personal or business purposes. If you act for an organization, you must have authority for any commitments you make on its behalf.

Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, send spam or malware, disrupt the site, bypass security measures or access systems without authorization. Automated tools may access public information in accordance with applicable law, our published crawl instructions and reasonable request rates; they may not harvest personal data or evade access restrictions. We may restrict abusive traffic when reasonably necessary to protect the site.

Sending a message, requesting an appointment or viewing a price does not purchase a service or create a client contract. Appointment confirmation follows the booking flow or a reply from our team. A meeting is an opportunity to discuss your needs, not a guarantee that we will undertake a project.

Work begins only after the parties agree the scope and commercial terms through an accepted written proposal or service agreement. That agreement should specify deliverables, responsibilities, timing, acceptance, fees, payment, intellectual property, data handling and any support commitments. You can correct or withdraw an inquiry by contacting us.

Website prices, including “from” hourly rates, are indicative starting points, not binding quotes. The agreed proposal determines the applicable rate, currency, taxes, billing basis and any third-party costs. Availability and project requirements may affect the final price.

This public website does not collect card payments or enroll you in an automatic subscription. Deposits, invoices, recurring charges, cancellation, refunds and termination of paid work must be addressed in the relevant agreement and remain subject to mandatory law. Website price changes do not amend an existing agreed contract.

Please provide accurate information and only materials you are entitled to share. Initial messages should not contain passwords, sensitive personal data or confidential source code. We can agree appropriate secure channels and confidentiality terms before exchanging sensitive project material.

Sending an idea, inquiry or proposal does not transfer ownership to Tuskens or authorize unrestricted publication or commercial reuse. We use information to assess and respond to the inquiry, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable confidentiality agreement. Client access, approvals, dependencies and change requests must be managed under the project agreement.

The website’s branding, original content and design belong to Tuskens or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and share links, and make reasonable internal copies for evaluating our services. Wider reuse requires permission unless applicable law or an explicit license allows it. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licenses.

Ownership or licensing of client deliverables, source code, reusable components and third-party dependencies is determined by the written project agreement. These website terms do not assign client-owned materials to Tuskens or promise ownership of every component in a delivered solution.

Where a project involves AI, outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and require appropriate human review. Uses, data sources, external model providers, validation responsibilities and any restrictions must be agreed for that project. Do not treat a general discussion or AI output as professional legal, medical or financial advice.

Cloud platforms, domains, app stores, APIs and other external services may carry their own terms, costs and availability limits. Service levels, security requirements, backups, maintenance, data processing and support apply only as agreed for the relevant service. This public website is not a service-level agreement.

The site may link to social networks, scheduling services and a service-status provider. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not transfer responsibility for their services to Tuskens.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal data use and optional analytics choices. Consent to optional analytics is separate from these terms; refusing analytics does not prevent you from browsing or contacting us.

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may be outdated or contain errors and the site may be unavailable during maintenance or incidents. Please confirm information that is important to a project before relying on it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to this public information website and are not responsible for indirect losses from such use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Responsibility for paid services is governed by the applicable service agreement and mandatory law; these website terms impose no blanket release for our work.

These website terms are governed by Tunisian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact hello@tuskens.com with the facts of a concern so we can try to resolve it fairly. This does not prevent urgent relief or require you to surrender a legal right.

If the issue cannot be resolved, disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory US arbitration, a class-action waiver or a shortened statutory claim period. A separate negotiated client agreement may contain its own lawful dispute provisions.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or our practices and will show the revision date above. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite previously agreed project contracts. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

For questions about these terms, a proposal or an existing project, email hello@tuskens.com or write to Tuskens MEA, BP912, Sousse Bab Bhar, 4000, Tunisia.
